High-Precision and Large-Scale
Sigma offers a full range of casting capabilities, including PMDC, HPDC, LPDC, and precision sand casting, as well as forging capabilities, producing components to exacting tolerances. We deliver both very large parts, such as battery enclosures over 1.4 meters for off-highway application, and smaller, highly precise housings for EV motor assemblies and aerospace applications.
Our teams work with customers from early development through design for manufacturability (DFM) and prototyping to full series production. With facilities in Korea and India, we can flex production based on volume, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.

Every casting is supported by robust quality management systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9100 where applicable. Our processes include CNC machining and finishing to achieve exacting tolerances, ensuring components meet the stringent requirements of mobility, aerospace, and energy sectors.
